SO there I was signing off on a VERY long post, all philosophical and very interesting, and… I lost it all L I could not believe it… there is no way I could ever reconstruct that post so I guess it’s all of our loss.
I spent the day holding an open house. 4 hours of me sitting here waiting for perspective buyers to show up… Only problem was, Ofer & I dropped the ball. I had put an ad in the local paper. Both of us thought the other was placing the ad in the “real” paper (the tribune). I finally asked him about it 10 minutes after the deadline for ad placement. SO I sat here in a spotless house for 4 hours, and all of 3 (!) people showed up… As my neighbor said all we really need is one, but as of now, nothing is happening. So if anyone is in the market for a house in a great neighborhood, great neighbors and schools, send them out way J.
The girls are spending a lot of time with our next door neighbors, they have 3 girls of similar ages and they all get along so well together. Now that the weather is warmer (not hot mind you) they can spend time outside, riding their bikes, running around, just being. What a change from the lifestyle we maintain for 8 months of the year around here. The more time they spend together the harder I anticipate their good byes… it’s so hard to leave good friends behind. In my old post there was a whole paragraph on endings being beginnings, new opportunities… I won’t even attempt it, but you get the idea.
Well that’s all for now. I think I will try to add a picture of the house we live in now. We had a great time here and are sad about leaving it. Excited as we may be about our new beginnings.
